Coffee

Our philosophy is simple: you will get the best cup of coffee every time you visit our cafés. You can chose from our Signature blend of 100% Fairtrade coffee which is specially roasted for us weekly or our Voyager Dual Origin Medium Roast coffee. The shorter the time between roasting and serving, the fresher, smoother and fuller flavoured the taste. We are constantly on the lookout for new and exciting ideas to help us improve our range, offering customers the widest selection possible.

LATTE Espresso and steamed milk, topped with creamy foamed milk.
CAPPUCCINO Espresso with equal amounts of steamed and foamed milk.
AMERICANO Espresso topped with hot water.
SHORT BLACK Espresso topped with less water.
FLAT WHITE Ristretto and steamed velvety flat milk.

Tea

Insomnia is proud to partner with Solaris Tea to provide a quality herbal tea range. Based in the West of Ireland, Solaris has won 12 Great Taste Awards, Best Irish Organic Grocery Product by An Bord Bia and the Euro-toques Award by the Irish branch of the European Community of Chefs and Cooks. It is clear that Solaris Tea is anything but your ordinary cup of tea. The Insomnia range of Solaris Teas includes 9 whole-leaf herbal teas, ask your barista to find out what flavours are available today.

Hot Chocolate

Our Hot Chocolate is truly hard to beat. Treat yourself to a delicious drink, without the kick. Whether you choose melted Belgian Milk Chocolate or White Chocolate blended with steamed milk, you'll love the rich creamy smoothness of every sip. We also provide smaller versions for our smaller patrons.

We've put our expertise in exciting our customers tastebuds to good use with our new ICECAP and Milkshake range, made with real Dairy Ice - Cream. The menu includes delicious versions of some of the nation’s favourite classic flavours.

OREO ICECAP The world’s most popular cookie, blended with ice and milk, covered with cream and topped off with some OREO™ cookie crumble for an unrivalled treat.
SALTED CARAMEL ICECAP Our blended frappe is the perfect match for Insomniacs who still need their caffeine fix. With a shot of our Signature espresso, vanilla, milk and caramel syrup, topped with whipped cream and drizzled with caramel sauce.
BISCOFF ICECAP Biscoff biscuit, vanilla ice-cream, Biscoff sauce blended with milk & topped with whipped cream, Biscoff biscuit and sauce.

STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE Strawberry sauce, vanilla ice-cream blended with milk, topped with whipped cream & drizzled with strawberry sauce .

ICE-CREAM

Stay chilled this summer with our Ice-Cream range, available in select cafés! Made with real Dairy Ice - Cream, enjoy our scrumptious Ice-Cream Sundaes with a choice of Nutella or Kinder Bueno. Need a shot of caffeine? Try our Affogato. We've also got Whipped Ice-Cream with a choice of toppings for the little ones.
